Kasi nagmahal ka..

"Magmahal ka lang..."
A not-so-cliche phrase mistaken as a cliche. Okay labo? It just happens that, in Youth for Christ family, those phrases are overly used, emphasize on overly, but still gathers up the most efficient meaning of why and how must we live our paths.
When we serve in YFC camps, either as a faci or as a camp servant, the first and last piece of advice you'd get from the experienced persons is that phrase. It's seemed to have such thrilling magic in it, for at the beginning you'd only think of how would I work out well as my babies' faci? Would I be able to make them active in this organization all their life? Would I leave a mark that they would cherish forever? How can I evangelize them the Words of God? And blah blah blah. : Only in the end when you'll realize that hearing is thinking, and thinking is believing, and believing is acting. The process of pagmamahal is still a question to every servant of God, but when it's time for you love, you are spotted to care, then eventually, grow. On how and why you love is still, and will always stay a question, but the roots of it? "Because God has loved us first.."
Just when you thought you can't, can turn out to be absolutely perfect kapag nagmahal ka na..
